Amitabh Bachchan’s hilarious reaction to losing the blue tick on Twitter, says, “Ab toh paise bhi bhar diye” – See inside – Times of India

This morning several celebs including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan lost their blue ticks from Twitter. This verification mark was started in 2009 in order to protect celebs from impersonation. But now, people who wish to have this blue tick which displays their account as ‘verified’ will have to pay a monthly subscription to have it.
Many celebs reacted to losing their blue verification tick. However, Bachchan had the most hilarious, real take on it. He wrote, “ए twitter भइया ! सुन रहे हैं ? अब तो पैसा भी भर दिये हैं हम … तो उ जो नील कमल ✔️ होत है ना, हमार नाम के आगे, उ तो वापस लगाय दें भैया , ताकि लोग जान जायें की हम ही हैं – Amitabh Bachchan .. हाथ तो जोड़ लिये रहे हम । अब का, गोड़वा ????जोड़े पड़ी का ??”

Big B is quite regular on Twitter while he also writes a blog every day. He also loves numbering his tweets and is quite particular about that. A few days ago, the legend had another request to make to Twitter. He had said, “अरे, Twitter मालिक भैया , ये Twitter पे एक Edit button भी लगा दो please !!! बार बार जब ग़लती हो जाती है, और शुभचिंतक, बताते हैं हमें, तो पूरा Tweet, delete करना पड़ता है, और ग़लत Tweet को ठीक कर के, फिर से छापना पड़ता है । हाथ जोड़ रहे हैं ????”

He had requested for an edit button on the micro-blogging site and guess what? Twitter now has the edit option too.

On work front, Big B had been shooting for ‘Project K’ with Deepika Padukone and Prabhas. The actor suffered an injury on the set and he’s still recovering. The shoot will began once he’s fully recovers.
