Amidst divorce announcement, netizens slam Kusha Kapila for agreeing with Karan Johar that ‘sexual infidelity is not infidelity’ in old interview | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

Content creator turned actor Kusha Kapila recently took to her IG handle to announce separation from her husband of six years, Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia. While no reason for the separation was given, both Kusha and Zorawar put out the same post on social media, saying they gave it their all, but ‘couldn’t anymore’.

As soon as the post was shared, netizens started looking for reasons for the split and even dug out an old video where Kusha talked about sexual infidelity in an interaction with KaranJohar.

In the video from a chat show, Karan tells Kusha, “We have to exchange our numbers and remember I’m onWhatsApp all the time. So, don’t iMessage me just WhatsApp me. If you discuss any kind of problem you are having with Zorawar then call me.” To this, Kusha responds, “I know he therapises people. I have watched enough Karan Johar content to know that he is everybody’s go-to relationship person.”
Karan then goes on to jokingly say, “I’m very good at giving relationship advices. The first relationship advice, I will say ‘break up’. ” He further adds, “And remember sexual infidelity is not infidelity.” Kusha agrees and says, “I believe that.”
Even though the entire conversation played out in fun, netizens are now trolling Kusha for supporting infidelity. One user wrote, “Sexual infidelity word me hi “infidelity” hai.” Another one said, “Did she just say I believe that to him saying Sexual infidelity is not infidelity???” A third user wrote, “The first indication was when she agreed with Karan saying physical infidelity is not infidelity.”

Kusha and Zorawar had tied the knot in 2017. Recently, Kusha had shared on Instagram that after spending the major part of her life in Delhi, she has moved to Mumbai for good.
