TVS has announced the updated version of its flagship electric scooter and it now has Amazon Alexa onboard! The 2022 TVS iQube electric scooter brings with itself plethora of smart features that could worry some of the more popular ones in the market, including the Ather 450X and the Bajaj Chetak. TVS has offered the scooter in three trim lines, all with varying levels of range; the ST being the topmost variant offering a staggering 140 Km of range. The scooter has already hit production and will soon be reaching 33 cities, with TVS planning to expand its reach to 85 cities soon.

The TVS iQube starts at Rs. 98,564 (on raid, Delhi) for the base variant, that promises a range of 100 Km. It also gets a 5-inch TFT display. This variant comes in Pearl White, Shining Red and Titanium Grey Glossy colours. The iQube S trim costs Rs. 1.08 lakhs in Delhi and is offering the same range claim of 100 Km. However, it gets a larger 7-inch display and comes in new colours such as Grey Glossy, Mint Blue, Lucid Yellow and Copper Bronze Glossy.

The top-end iQube ST is yet to get a price but the feature-set includes a range of up to 140 km on a full charge. It also gets the 7-inch touch display with a new user interface. TVS is also offering a larger underseat storage of 32 litres. Additionally, this variant is also getting support for fast charging, which is limited to to 1.5kW. The iQube ST is available in Starlight Blue Glossy, Titanium Grey Matte, Coral Sand Glossy and Copper Bronze Matte colours.

TVS iQube updated with smart features

The 2022 TVS iQube gets the SmartXonnect suit of smart features. Additionally, the scooter also bring support for Amazon Alexa. No, you don’t get the voice assistant onboard but you can enquire your Alexa powered devices at home about the scooter’s battery levels.

Rest of the scooter remains unchanged from the older model. The 2022 TVS iQube continues to use the 4.4Kw electric motor that promises a 0-40 Kph dash of 4.2 seconds. The base and S variants can reach up to 78 Ops while the ST variant can reach up to 82 Kph.
