Alia Bhatt gets back in shape in 3 months post Raha’s birth, leaves netizens baffled with her post-pregancy weight loss – Times of India

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed their first baby daughter Raha in November last year. On Sunday afternoon, the new mom was spotted visiting a dubbing studio in her athleisure gear looking absolutely in shape. Her appearance has left netizens baffled with her post-pregancy weight loss in three months post Raha’s birth.
In the video, Alia can be seen stepping out of her car with her hair partly tied in a pony and keeping the rest of her locks loose. She gave a wide smile to the paparazzi before heading inside the building.

Netizens couldn’t help but praise her and wonder how did Alia become so fit and slim so quickly after childbirth. “Phir se bachchi ban gayi after becoming mother,” one user wrote while another user commented, “None can say She became a mother few months ago.”

Earlier in January, Alia had opened up about shedding her post-pregnancy weight and the kind of pressure women face even before pregnancy. She had also said that new moms should focus on keeping their bodies safe and work out only to be healthy and not to become thin or make their waist look smaller.

“It’s not just about getting back in shape, but building your immunity, and then, everything will follow. Now when I work out, I don’t do it to become thin or make my waist look smaller. I do it to be healthy. The idea is to be fit and not starve yourself by following some unhealthy diet. I made a decision to never be hard on myself even if there’s extra bloating or chubbiness here and there. I am going to celebrate it. I won’t torture myself,” Alia told ETimes.
