Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were blessed with a baby girl on Sunday, November 6. After recovering from her delivery, Alia Bhatt returned home with her daughter on Thursday morning at 9:15 am. ETimes paparazzi captured the actress and Ranbir Kapoor leaving the hospital. Arriving at their Bandra residence, Ranbir was seen shielding the newborn from the paps as their baby girl cuddled in his arms. Neetu Kapoor was also spotted arriving at Ranbir-Alia’s residence.

Announcing the arrival of their daughter, Alia had shared on social media, “And in the best news of our lives : Our baby is here.. and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love – blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!!!” The note was signed with ‘love love love’ by Alia and Ranbir. According to a news portal, Ranbir was all emotional as he lovingly held his daughter for the first time. The actor reportedly had tears and Alia Bhatt too welled up in this emotional moment.

ETimes had exclusively revealed that Neetu Singh and late Rishi Kapoor’s Pali Hill bungalow, which has been under renovation for more than three years, is now ready for the family to move back in. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia will have a floor for themselves at this 8-store building while one floor will be dedicated as personal space for their daughter.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt will soon be seen in Karan Johar helmed ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, co-starring Ranveer Singh.
