Alia Bhatt baby shower: Karan Johar, Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor and others arrive to bless mom-to-be – Times of India

Following his arrival, we saw Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor and his sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni make their way to the celebrations as well. Also seen arriving were Alia’s father Mahesh Bhatt and her sister Shaheen, who arrived along with her friends. Also spotted among the guests was the Johar’s and Bhatts’ good friend Kajal Anand. Shammi Kapoor’s wife Neela Devi also arrived with Shammi’s daughter Kanchan.

Soon after, Ayan Mukerji made his way to the venue, followed by director Rohit Dhawan and his wife. The Kapoor family members were yet to arrive and the latest one to join the festivities was Ranbir’s aunt Reema Jain and Karisma Kapoor.

It was in June this year that Ranbir and Alia surprised the fans when they announced their pregnancy. Ranbir and Alia had tied the knot in a private ceremony at their residence earlier this year in April. Knowing that the Kapoors and Bhatts are close knit families that celebrate all special occasions together, we’d not be surprised if more family members show up for Alia’s baby shower.
