Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez and Satyadev wrap up Ooty schedule of ‘Ram Setu’; see pic – Times of India

Sharing a picture from the mesmerising film location, Akshay shared a glimpse of his look in the film alongside his co-stars Jacqueline and Satyadev. “In the photo – or in life – there’s always that beautiful streak of light above dark clouds. Wrapped the Ooty schedule of #RamSetu. Hope the divine light always guides us through thick and thin. ???????? @jacquelinef143 @actorsatyadev” he wrote in the caption.

After the Ooty schedule, Akki is slated to shoot for ‘Ram Setu’ in Gujarat in October and complete the film by December this year.

The actor had begun with the mahurat of the film in March 2021 in Ayodhya and was to shoot a long schedule in Mumbai but the second lockdown got enforced and some members of the unit including Akshay tested positive, forcing the shoot to be cancelled and the set had to be demolished.

In ‘Ram Setu’, Akshay Kumar will be playing the role of an archaeologist with Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushratt Bharucha as his co-stars. The film is helmed by director Abhishek Sharma.

Apart from this, Akshay has already shot three films during the last lockdown including ‘Prithviraj’, ‘Atrangi Re’ and ‘Rakshabandhan’. Meanwhile, he’s awaiting the release of his film ‘Bachchan Pandey’ and ‘Sooryavanshi’.
