The second unit is on the 17th floor of the same building and the built-up area is said to be spread across 4,893 square feet. It is said to be worth Rs 30.35 crore 14.74 crore with a stamp duty of Rs 88.44 lakh. The report further states that the said properties were registered under Ajay’s original name, Vishal Virender Devgan on April 19, 2023. It was registered just 5 days after Kajol purchased a house in Mumbai worth Rs 16.5 crore on April 13.
