Aamir Khan to share the frame with Jr NTR in ‘KGF’ director Prashanth Neel’s next: Report – Times of India

Aamir Khan had recently announced a break from acting to spend some time with his family and kids. Interestingly, a fresh development suggests that ‘KGF’ director Prashanth Neel is planning to rope in Mr Perfectionist for a lead role in his next film with Junior NTR.
The said film is set to go on floors in 2023, a source told IANS. Touted to be a pan-India release, this film will be announced after Prashanth Neel wraps ‘Salaar’ with Prabhas. This Prashanth Neel directorial will be Jr NTR’s 31st film and will see him in a rugged avatar.

Recently, Aamir Khan had opened up about his break from films and said, “I want to be with my family, I want to be with my mom and my kids. I feel I have been working for 35 years and I have single mindedly been focused on my work. I feel this is not fair to people who are close to me. It is not fair to me also in many ways. I plan to take this time off to experience life in a different way.” ETimes had exclusively reported that Aamir had walked out of ‘Champions’ remake and the actor confirmed the same, “I will be producing ‘Champions’ because I really believe in the film, I think it’s a great story. I will be approaching other actors now to see which of them would like to do a role which I was hoping to do. I am in a stage in life where I would like to enjoy my relationships.”
