Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is already planning to leave Chelsea next summer, according to reports.

But according to French outlet Foot Mercato, the 33-year-old is keen on moving to PSG if Chelsea leave the door open for him to leave.

It is said that the Ligue 1 giants have already opened talks with Aubameyang ahead of a possible transfer next summer.

A move to PSG would see the striker link up with Christophe Galtier, who managed Aubameyang during time in charge of Saint-Etienne.

The Gabon international started off slow at Chelsea, failing to score against Dinamo Zagreb and RB Salzburg in the Champions League.

Aubameyang responded to the disappointment style by netting in the wins over Crystal Palace and AC Milan last week.

Manager Potter heaped praise on the forward last week, insisting ‘he has nothing to prove to me’. He said: ‘I’m looking forward to working with him, I’ve enjoyed working with him in the brief time we’ve been together’.

‘I can see he’s a good guy, focused, wants to do well, wants to play, wants to score. So I’m really enjoying it.

‘He’s got nothing to prove to me or anything negative in that regard. His career is his career, I have huge respect for that.

‘My job now is to help him enjoy his football and be a part of what we’re trying to do here. He’s acted as a top professional, a top person, so I’m really looking forward to working with him.’

Aubameyang was an unused sub in Saturday’s 3-0 win over Wolves but he will be hopeful of returning to the starting XI when Chelsea travel to Milan on Tuesday.
