Ali Abbas Zafar confirms he’s planning another film with Salman Khan, says he likes to celebrate his stardom on-screen – Times of India
This will be their fourth project together after ‘Sultan’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ and ‘Bharat’. In an interview with Pinkvilla, the director confirmed that he’s planning a project with Salman. He further added that he loves to celebrate Salman’s stardom on-screen and that’s what quintessential cinema fans want.
It’s been three years since the release of ‘Bharat’ but the director felt that if Salman and him reunite then the character should stand up for whatever they’ve done in the past. The director also makes sure that he writes characters that live up to Khan’s persona on-screen. So for now, it’s work in progress as Zafar is still in the process of writing a script and sketching a proper character for Salman.
The film-maker wants the character and film to look humongous whenever he teams up with Salman Khan. He is in the process of locking a story that warrants the presence of Khan.
For now, Ali Abbas Zafar is working on ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff and his film with Shahid Kapoor titled ‘Bloody Daddy’ which is set for an OTT release.
