Bhajiya Usal Recipe: How To Make Bhajiya Usal

To begin with the recipe, you first need to make masala for usal. For this, take a pan, add coriander seeds, sesame seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, and roast for a few minutes.

Now, take a grinder, add the roasted spices along with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, and salt to taste. Grind together until a coarse powder.
