The film stars Rishi and Paresh Rawal, both of whom play the titular character, alongside Juhi Chawla, Suhail Nayyar, Taaruk Raina, Satish Kaushik, Sheeba Chaddha, and Isha Talwar. It will premiere on a streaming platform on March 31.
Rishi Kapoor passed away at the age of 67 in April 2020 after a two-year-long battle with leukaemia. After his sudden demise, the makers had roped in Rawal to complete the remaining portions of the film. This is for the first time that two actors have played the same character in one movie.
