Along with the picture, he wrote, ‘Please do your self a favour and watch #Jhund on the big screen. @Nagrajmanjule is the bestest director in the country – he makes you cry, cheer, feel the pain, the euphoria and most importantly he makes you think of two Indias divided by a compound wall.’

Elaborating further, he added, ‘@SrBachchan Sir, you are so so awesome in the movie. Your silences speak volumes. It’s a joy seeing you on screen in this avatar. Every actor is pitch perfect, kudos to the casting team. @AjayAtulOnline have hit this one out of the park – Wakada Tikada – hit #BhushanKumar.’

Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will next be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ that stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. It also features Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy in key roles. It is slated to hit the theatres on September 9, 2022.

Apart from this, Big B will also be reuniting with his ‘Piku’ co-star Deepika Padukone in the official remake of ‘The Intern’ and Nag Ashwin’s untitled film also starring Prabhas. The megastar has also been roped in for Vikas Bahl’s ‘Goodbye’ with Rashmika Mandanna and Neena Gupta.
