Castor oil is the magic oil
There is no need to invest in so many products you have the star product at home only. Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid and omega-6 fatty acids and therefore when massaged onto the scalp it helps in increasing the blood circulation which improves hair growth. For better results, mix tsp of castor oil with 1 tsp of almond oil and olive oil. Apply it thoroughly on your scalp, massage for 10-15 minutes and rinse it off completely after 20 minutes. Do this once a week and your hair will grow quickly.
Check what goes into your plate
It is very important to have a protein rich diet, 50gms is a must every day. When you start dieting or have a protein deficient diet your hair tends to fall or become thin. So, increase the intake of lentils, eggs & meat in your diet.
Onion juice for long tresses
Many must have recommended this to you and if you still haven’t tried it then you need to try this today. The sulphate in onion boosts hair growth. Don’t bother about the smell, if a little irritation can give you long locks then why not.
Clean your scalp with apple cider vinegar
Like our skin needs regular scrubbing so that the dead skin goes away and you get fresh skin similarly you need to scrub your hair and maintain the pH balance. Vinegar is the perfect tool for it and will increase hair growth. You can either drink it, which is good for your skin and hair both or use it as a final wash to rinse your hair. This will not only boost hair growth but will give shine to your hair. Remember not to over do it else it might lead to hair fall, twice a week is good.
A complete head massage
Do you know a simple head massage can do wonders for hair growth. You can do it with oil or even without oil, start with the center of your hair line, use your middle finger to make circles 25 times, now take 3 fingers gap moving towards the center of your head, repeat 25 circles again. Move further down by again taking 3 fingers gap and make circles. End this by massaging the behind of your ear lobes. This will take about 5-7 minutes you can do it while in office, while watching tv or whenever convenient. This will boost blood circulation and give you healthy and long hair.
