Who doesn’t love ice cream?! It doesn’t matter what weather it is outside, ice creams is the go-to dessert for foodies all across the country. The pleasure of indulging in a cold ice cream, only to have it melt in our mouth is what makes so delicious. The cold creamy delight has the power to bring a smile to any person’s face! The love of ice cream has made it the focus of experimentations of culinary enthusiasts all over the country. One Hyderabadi café has created a dish called ’24k Gold’ ice cream. Delhi vendors are not far behind, one street vendor is making a ’90 Kg roller’ ice cream that is filled with different fruity flavours! Take a look:
In the video, we see the vendor shape 90 kilograms of ice. Yes, you heard it right! 90 kilograms of ice is used to make this ice cream. The ice is shaped like a cylinder and placed on a roller. Then the ice is rolled around so that different flavours could be added to it. Banana, pomegranate, chocolate sauce, rooh afza, mango squash and other flavours are rubbed against the ice cream block so that it absorbs the flavours. The ice cream is served by serving the shaved ice on the plate. One plate of this roller ice cream costs INR 60 and can be found at Vaishno Chaat Bhandhar, Kamla Nagar in Delhi.
