The messy aftermath of Floyd Mayweather’s exhibition bout against John Gotti III has spilled out of the ring and onto the internet – and beyond the two boxers.
Both fighters were disqualified due to ‘trash talking and bad language’ before a brawl in the ring broke out between both boxers’ camps.
That sparked a flurry of threats and barbs tossed back and forth on the internet – including from Gotti’s sister, Nicolette.
Posting on her now-private Instagram, she said: ‘@Floydmayweather your daughter was ran through by a[n] animal with 12 different baby mamas – you little circus animal.
‘You’re all a pack of zoo animals. I swear on my kids I’m coming for your daughter. It may be 2 years, 3 years from now, but I’m coming c***.’
John Gotti III’s sister, Nicolette, posted a threat towards Floyd Mayweather’s daughter
This came after the fight between the two boxers broke out into a brawl between their camps
The referee stopped the bout midway through the sixth round due to trash talking
Nicolette did not specifically say which of Mayweather’s two daughters she was targeting: either 23-year-old Iyanna or youngest daughter Jirah.
She has since taken the post down and her Instagram has gone private.
Nicolette is the granddaughter of John Gotti Sr., the notorious gangster and boss of New York City’s Gambino crime family. There isn’t much more information on her.
After the fight ended, John Gotti III still had plenty of words for Mayweather and the rest of his team.
‘Punk b***h @Floyd Mayweather. You my enemy for life,’ he posted on his Instagram story, accompanied with an aerial shot of the melee.
Gotti also asked for ‘back-up’ from Mayweather’s final professional opponent, UFC legend Conor McGregor.
