Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan are enjoying the success of their latest release ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’. And during the course of promotions, Vicky revealed the frugal nature of his co-star.
During an event, when the actors were asked if they’ve ever taken items from hotel rooms, Sarashared, “I got to know about excess baggage after my mother realised at the airport that our baggage is overweight by 10 kgs.We were on a one-month trip and I had collected shampoos, conditioner, lotions and toothpaste. I should have learnt not to do that again.” Reacting to this, Vicky said, “I can still get collecting things from the hotel. But we are doing promotions, travelling from one state to another, sleep-deprived. She took away a pillow from the lounge. Airport se kaun takiya le kar jaata hai (Who takes a pillow from the airport)? She slept there for 10 minutes and liked a pillow. So, she carried it with her to next three states.”
Recently, Sara had also opened up about her stingy nature and revealed show she once scolded her mother Amrita Singh for buying a towel worth Rs 1600 and admitted to not buying a data roaming plan while travelling to Abu Dhabi. Sara had also revealed that she stayed in a low-cost hotel during a a trip to Kedarnath with Janhvi Kapoor.
