Jake Paul will not be in attendance at Leon Edwards vs Kamaru Usman at UFC 286 tonight.

It comes as his relationship with fight boss Dana White has worsened in recent times, so much so that the UFC President has chosen to place a long-standing ban on the YouTube boxing sensation, preventing him from attending any UFC events.

Paul risen to becoming a big name in the fight sports world recently, having fought and defeated some of the UFC’s biggest stars in the boxing ring including Tyron Woodley and Anderson Silva.

The 26-year-old, who’s fight record stands at 6-1 following his loss to Tommy Fury in Saudi Arabia last month, is now gearing up for a move to the octagon, after signing with the Professional Fighters League.

Yet, he is currently not allowed to attend any UFC events and will not be in the crowd at tonight’s showdown between Usman and Edwards at the O2 Arena in London.

The Problem Child was last seen at a fight back in 2021 at UFC 261 where Usman knocked Jorge Masvidal out in brutal fashion to retain his welterweight belts.

It was there that Paul was shown on the big screen, and was jeered by the crowd who proceeded to chant ‘f*** Jake Paul’.

The former YouTube star was also confronted by Daniel Cormier at the event, who threatened to ‘slap’ Paul, after he had called the heavyweight legend a ‘fat boy’.

Following the skirmish, the American has now been banned from attending any fight and was shocked at the decision.

‘Dana banned me after they were yelling f*** Jake Paul in the stadium, then I tried to go to a different fight and all of our tickets were declined,’ he said on his YouTube channel.

‘His assistant was like ‘get the f*** out of here’, and then escorted me out of the event.’

His relationship with the UFC President has deteriorated in the past few years, with the pair being involved in a war of words over fighter salaries, starting a fighters union to rival the brand, claiming White ‘hates that I am exposing his business.’

Paul also released a diss track targeting the UFC boss, which included the lyrics: ‘Dana, pay your fighters more. Give them healthcare, you scumbag. I haven’t met a single person who says anything good about you. I passed my drug test and you went silent. I’m keeping my foot on your neck until you tap.’

He also went as far as suggesting that the President had tried to sabotage his fights telling Anthony Pompliano: ‘He’s done vindictive things to try and f*** up my fights.’

‘He was basically sending cease and desist letters to my team about content that I had posted with him in it, threatening to sue me unless I took the content down promoting my fight.’

White, meanwhile, has hit back at Paul on several occasions, once calling him a ‘gimmick’ while also claiming that he has no interest in working with the YouTube sensation.

Paul could be back in the ring again though as early as July, with the American set to go toe-to-toe again with Tommy Fury just five months after he was beaten by the British fighter.

It is also set to be a big night for another British star, Edwards, who is gearing up to defend his UFC title against Usman in front of what is set to be a sell-out O2 Arena, after he brutally knocked out the Nigerian last year.
