S. S. Rajamouli’s RRR might have released almost a year back on March 24, 2022, but the magnum opus continues to create history in some way or the other. In January this year, its peppy dance number Naatu Naatu won the Golden Globes in the Best Original Song category. It again bagged the Best Song at the 28th edition of the Critics Choice Awards, along with Best Foreign Language Film.

Now, just a few days before the 95th Academy Awards, also known as the Oscars, the movie is set to rerelease in theatres in the Los Angeles. Taking to the movie’s official Twitter handle, the makers announced, “Tomorrow, Los Angeles will witness the world’s largest RRR Movie screening yet. The 1647-seat show is already sold out, and SS Rajamouli MM Keeravaani and Ram Charan will be participating in a Q and A session.”

In another huge news, Naatu Naatu singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava will be performing the song at the Oscars too. Announcing the same on his insta handle, Rahul wrote, “This is going to be unforgettable moment in my life.”

RRR stars N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Shriya Saran, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, and Olivia Morris. The movie has grossed around around 1,200 Cr. – 1,258 Cr. worldwide, setting several box office records for a pan Indian movie.
