Hansal Mehta reveals his most favourite and the most under-rated Shah Rukh Khan film – Times of India

Shah Rukh Khan is one of the biggest superstars of the country and while his fan following spans across various parts of the world, several industry insiders also are huge fans of the actor. SRK’s film ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa’ completed 29 years yesterday and true SRK fans think it’s one of his best work.
An account called ‘Film History Pics’ had a poll yesterday where users were asked to pick SRK’s best film, worst film, most under-rated film and the most over-rated film. Filmmaker Hansal Mehta, shared this poll and gave his answers. According to Mehta, ‘Chak de India’ SRK’s best film, ‘Hum Tumhare Hai Sanam’ is his worse and surprisingly, the director feels ‘Paheli’ is the superstar’s most under-rated work.

However, he chose to not comment on the most over-rated movie of Khan. Many users responded to Mehta’s answers. Some agreed to him, while others had various suggestions. One user wrote, “Sir, Hum tumare is a decent watch as compared to many others like Goddu, king uncle, dil ashna hai, duplicate, one 2 ka 4, zero, JHMH etc. I guess you have not seen these films. Paheli is average. I agree with Chak De only. Wish you have mentioned about overrated also :)” Another user wrote, “Acting in hum tumhare hai Sanam was awesome, specially act with that horse whole crying ,that was one of my favourite, aspiring actors theatre actors should watch that scene”

Meanwhile, Hansal celebrated the 7th anniversary of ‘Aligarh’ starring Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkumar Rao today. He tweeted, “7 years of an ode to love, longing and loneliness. #Aligarh always makes me so proud.????️‍????love you all”
