PM Narendra Modi hosts a dinner for Yash, Rishab Shetty and Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar at Raj Bhavan – Times of India

PM Narendra Modi who arrived in Bengaluru yesterday night for the 5-day Airshow 2023, beginning today, was received by CM Basaaraj Bommai at HAL Airport yesterday. PM Modi went to the Raj Bhavan to inaugurate the Aero India program to be held today. News coming from Raj Bhavan is, PM Narendra Modi, hosted a dinner for a list of guests compromising ministers and celebrities from various fields including movie stars and sportspersons too.
In the cinema industry, Yash, Rishab Shetty, Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar and the maker of ‘Kantara’ were invited by Modi for the dinner party. Pics of Rishab Shetty and Yash from the Raj Bhavan have gone viral on social media.

Yash became the face of Kannada cinema after the gigantic success of ‘KGF Chapter 2’ taking Kannada cinema to greater heights and stature at the National and International markets. With ‘Kantara’, Rishab Shetty became a brand and Pan-India star overnight as the film became a sensation all over the country for its content being accepted and appreciated throughout the country leaving everyone spellbound for the cinematic wonder displayed on the big screen. Puneeth’s demise has left a huge void in the Kannada cinema and Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar is carrying on the actor’s legacy by continuing his good deeds towards the society and cinema industry.
For these reasons, it is said that PM Modi has invited Yash, Rishab Shetty and Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar to the dinner party. Also, the news is, Modi has promised that his Government will be extending all its help for the development of Kannada cinema in all possible ways. In the past, in many interviews post ‘Kantara’ release, Rishab Shetty has expressed his admiration for PM Modi.
