One of those eight Memphis losses was to the Minnesota Timberwolves, who shook up their roster since that meeting on January 27.

The Grizzlies have the second worst record in the NBA over the last ten games, only the Spurs are worse. They have a -4.6 net rating and the second worst offensive rating in the league while also posting the second highest turnover percentage over that stretch. The Grizzlies are 24th across the entire season in three-point percentage, 34.5%, so they are not a good shooting team, but they’re even worse right now, 29th, 31.1%, in that ten game sample.

Minnesota on the other side is coming in as hot as any team. They hit 23-of-43 threes against Utah and Anthony Edwards had 31 points. Even Luka Garza had 25 in that one.
