Nora Fatehi alleges conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar promised her a big house to be his girlfriend – Times of India ►

Bollywood actresses Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi have been mired in controversy for their connection with conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. Jacqueline and Nora recently recorded their statement before Delhi’s Patiala House Court in Rs 200 crore extortion and money laundering case. While Jacqueline said that Sukesh misled her, Nora has also levelled serious allegations against the conman.
Nora, who has turned witness in the case against Sukesh, alleged that the conman promised her a big house and a luxurious lifestyle to be his girlfriend. She also alleged that Sukesh sought undue favour from her through his aide Pinky Irani.

She told the court that she came to know that Sukesh was a conman after she was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate in the case. The actress also added that Pinky told her cousin that many actresses are dying to be taken care of by Sukesh and Jacqueline was waiting in line for the offer.

Meanwhile, Jacqueline said that she got to know about Sukesh’s real name only after she got aware of his criminal background. She said that Pinky was aware of Sukesh’s activities but she never disclosed this to her.

“Chandrashekhar said he was a big fan, and said I should do films in south India too, and as the owner of Sun TV, they had many projects lined up. We should try to work together in south Indian movies… Sukesh misled me, ruined my career and my livelihood,” Jacqueline said in a statement.

The Mumbai-based Pinky Irani was arrested by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Delhi police in November 2022. Sukesh is accused of cheating many people including the high-profile ones.
